Besides, Casey has six siblings, brothers Tim Casey, Chris Casey, and Brian Casey, and sisters Mary Lynn Casey, Julie Casey, and Colleen Casey. Pat is the third of seven children. In addition, his older brother, Chris, is a head football coach at George Fox University.

Pat’s former team bagged the title of College World Series champion for three years (2006, 2007, 2018). Similarly, they earned the conference regular-season champion title in 2005, 2013, 2014, and 2017. In addition, the coach retired following the 2018 season and has remained in the OSU athletic department since.
