Emily Zaler is not a new name among the female coaches in the NFL. She previously served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Denver Broncos. In addition, she was the first full-time female coach hired on the team.

The NFL coach previously worked as a performance specialist and director of training. She also served as a personal trainer and nutritionist for many clients. Furthermore, she is now the new Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for New York Liberty.
