The lacrosse coach was born on June 15, 1968. He was raised in LaFayette, New York, with his brothers, Hudson Tiffany and Peter Tiffany. He grew up helping his dad, Bradford Tiffany, on a Buffalo ranch. Furthermore, Lars Tiffany’s father was a former marine, rancher, Korean War veteran, and restaurateur. Unfortunately, he passed away at 85 in January 2019.

The buffalo ranch where the coach grew up was a 250-acre dairy farm which his dad and mom, Faith Corwin, later converted. He was introduced to lacrosse there. Furthermore, Lars Tiffany’s parents had separated, and his father married Loreza Tiffany.

Tiffany attended Lafayette High School, where he continued playing lacrosse. Not only that, he also played football and basketball in high school. After graduating, in 1986, the sportsman enrolled at Brown University. He received a degree in Biology from the college.
